Since taking part in my 8 week challenge & Strong Nation classes, I have found my general well-being has increased. I am also fitter and managing to get a good nights sleep. I love the Strong Nation classes too and although I’ve completed 3 so far this week, I am already beginning to feel more toned and I have much more positive attitude to everything. I really cannot thank Sam enough and although its all online at the moment, I feel like Sam is right there with me!

After piling the weight on during the last 2 lockdowns through being unhealthy and drinking too much, I decided to give Sam’s 8 week challenge a try. Although its early days its given me the motivation to stop drinking and start exercising more. I love the support from the other members of the group, as we are all on the same journey so helping each other, along with Sams motivation and advice. Although its hard work I know this is something that I will stick to.

Sam’s Strong Nation 8 week challenge is the bomb! The classes are high energy and fun, she works you hard and keeps you accountable every day, which works for me. Love the daily challenges, always something different so nothing feels repetitive. Im loving both the HIIT workouts she does and her Strong Nation classes, that we get for FREE! Sam puts her heart and soul into the group, encouraging and supporting us all every step of the way. I have been taking part in Dynamic Fitness 8 week challenge. I have to give this 5 stars! Already I have a different relationship with food, alcohol and fitness. We have a FB group, all with different goals around fitness, health and well-being, all very supportive and encouraging. For me I wasn’t happy with how I looked and it was affecting how I felt about myself mentally, it had been for a while. I wanted to get in shape and push myself and I had spoken to Sam about PT sessions and working with her in the new year of 2021. She approached me about the 8 week challenge and I said yes! I can’t recommend this challenge enough for anyone thinking about signing up. You get daily support, challenges and lots of workouts - all delivered by Sam! Its like getting PT sessions all in the comfort of your own home and you get really spurred on by the group with 1 coming goal, to get fit and healthy. Thank you Sam, this is a new start, not just for me but for my whole family too!
