Sam who runs and owns Dynamic Fitness is absolutely world class, she really is the best trainer/mentor that I have ever had. Her classes & challenges are fantastic and Sam really motivates you to succeed, whilst also having fun. Her mantra is about accountability and that really helped me achieve my goals. Sam offers group classes, 1:1's and online HiiT, so even if you are not based in Leeds you can still join the sessions/challenges. Lying in bed one day I saw a post - dynamic fitness with Sam. I could almost hear her in her post!!! I joined Sam on her 8 week challenge along with other girls. I didn't know a soul and I had no fitness and healthy eating was only thought about after an indulgent weekend! Sam's Hiit classes were amazing, she kept me going throughout, motivational and inspirational. Lots of nutritional advice too. She kept tabs on us all but was such fun. Cannot recommend Sam highly enough! I have just completed her beginners 8 week challenge and have lost 16 pounds and 21.5 inches, along with lowering my BMI by 3 points! I have never been able to stick to either a fitness regime or a reduced eating program for very long, but with Sam you get both of these things and she is a constant support at any time of day or night (I'm sure she doesn't sleep!) The Strong Nation classes that Sam runs are excellent too and you can start off slowly and build up, which is just what I needed at the start. I have had a very positive experience with Dynamic Fitness Leeds. She has made me do things that have been out of my comfort zone but I have embraced it and it's certainly had a very positive effect! Sam has been there every step of the way with tonnes of encouragement and knowledge, especially when I was struggling in the early weeks with muscle niggles that was just due to my muscles being tight. Sam was there with reasons why it was happening and also with the solution which with time disappeared. I have also joined Sam's boot camp group, which is some thing I wouldn't have ever dreamed about going to but she has given me the confidence to attend on a weekly basis and we have a great time! I joined Dynamic Fitness Leeds 8 week challenge and it was the best thing I have done. I have lost 1.5 stone in weight, gained motivation, got fitter and have wonderful support. Being 61 I was a bit worried that the exercises might be too much for me but they are anything but. Sam shows you the exercises for each level of fitness and let’s you do things at your own pace. I have taken part in Dynamic Fitness 8 week challenge. I have to give this 5 stars! Already I have a different relationship with food, alcohol and fitness. We have a FB group, all with different goals around fitness, health and well-being, all very supportive and encouraging. For me I wasn’t happy with how I looked and it was affecting how I felt about myself mentally, it had been for a while. I wanted to get in shape and push myself and I had spoken to Sam about PT sessions and working with her in the new year of 2021. She approached me about the 8 week challenge and I said yes! Sam was fantastic throughout the whole 8 week challenge! She was always there for any support I needed, whether it be motivation or questions about nutrition. Before I started this challenge, I hadn’t exercised in 2 years, after having my baby. I was sluggish, unfit and nervous about working out. Sams classes are fantastic for beginners all the way through to advanced people because she does an easy and hard version of every exercise. She slowly progressed me and now I feel so much fitter and healthier. I fit in jeans I didn’t fit in before and I’m now able to do 18 push-ups, where I couldn’t do one when I started!! The Facebook group is also great to have because you get so much support from lovely ladies in the same boat as you! I am so happy I joined this challenge and I’m excited to start the new one, ready for my summer body!
