No matter what your goals are or current level of fitness is, whether you want to lose weight and tone up, improve health & fitness, or train for a specific sport, please rest assured that all our exercise programmes are specifically designed and individually tailored to YOU. No two programmes are the same.

The body takes time to adapt to a new exercise regime, we usually say it takes at least 4 weeks exercise for the body to start adapting and changing. Throughout our time together, I will monitor your progress and we can adapt the sessions where necessary, to ensure that you are progressing towards meeting your goals.

In order to progress you physically and mentally, I will continue to adapt and progress your sessions, according to your capabilities. As after a while your body becomes used to certain exercises and you will hit a plateau, therefore it is vital that I continue to push you to ensure that you just keep getting stronger and fitter!

The package I offer is a MONTHLY package, you do not have to commit to a set number of months for this, you can pay one month at a time, all I do request is that you give me a months notice to cancel. All payments need to be made on the 1st of the month for the month ahead.

FREE initial
consultation

This will be an informal, ‘get to know each other’ chat! I will gather all the necessary information required surrounding your current lifestyle, diet, barriers to participation, time limitations and most importantly what YOU want to achieve from the programme. We will agree on and set realistic goals to work towards and I will take any relevant fitness and physical measurements required in order for me to create your programme.

Physical measurements that we take can include any of the following:
• core strength
• calliper body fat testing (back, arms & belly)
• Tape measurements
• heart rate recovery
• Lung function
• Strength tests
• Photos (these are a great way to visibly see results!

But please rest assured that we will only take whatever measurements you feel comfortable with, measurements are a great way to ensure you are achieving your goals! I will retake all the measurements every 4 weeks.


Nutritional
Masterclass

A healthy and balanced diet is vital when you are beginning any exercise programme, as the two go hand in hand! When you sign up for the monthly package with me, you will also receive a NUTRITION MASTERCLASS! This masterclass will guide you through the journey of creating a healthy and balanced diet, one that is enjoyable and sustainable, without making any drastic changes! The masterclass is made up of 8 modules, all containing short and simple videos to watch, that will take you step by step and help you to create the best healthy and balanced diet, that suits you and your lifestyle!


Weekly 1 hour
1-1 personal
training session

You will receive a weekly 1:1 session with me, in the gym in my garage, or in my garden if the weather permits! These sessions will be tailor made according to your initial consultation and the goals you would like to achieve whilst working with me. The sessions will be different each week, covering a wide variety of cardiovascular exercise and strength training. They will progress as the weeks go forward, according to your progress and requirements.

I don’t want you to think that you will only see or hear from me at our 1:1 sessions. At our consultation I will ask what methods of contact you prefer, be that WhatsApp, messenger, email or text. Then we will also agree on how often you would like contact with me, if you want daily messages then that is what you will have! Im also available if ever you have any questions or need additional support from me.

Per Month

When you are in my monthly packages, you will receive a pass to claim 9 free classes per month! You may use this pass for either my online Live Strong Nation classes (which are also recorded and available on demand if you cannot make the live times!) or my in person Strong Nation classes or bootcamps which are held in Aberford!
