Class prices (from Jan 2023)
£8 per class – PAYG
£7 – 1 class per week (£28pm direct debit, payable in advance on the 1st of the month)
£13 – 2 classes per week (£52pm, direct debit, payable in advance on the 1st of the month)
£18.75 – 3 classes per week (£75pm, direct debit, payable in advance on the 1st of the month)
£21.25 – UNLIMITED WEEKLY CLASSES (£85pm, direct debit, payable in advance on the 1st of the month).
ALSO INCLUDES FREE ACCESS TO MY ONLINE 12 WEEK TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE (see separate page for info of what this includes)

FIRST CLASS IS FREE! Come along and give any of my classes a go, before you purchase a monthly pass!

Cancellations:
I appreciate that things happen at short notice, therefore if you are unable to make a class you have booked for that week, I will allow you to roll this over to the following week. I do require 1 months notice to cancel any monthly plan please.

Outdoor Circuit/ HIIT Training

Wednesday 9.20 - 9.50pm

These short, 30 min classes are an ideal way to get your day started in THE BEST possible way!! They are suitable for all levels of fitness, from beginners to advanced. I can modify or progress any of the moves according to your level of fitness!

Zumba Class

Wednesday 6.00 - 7.00pm

Zumba is a 50 min class that involves cardio and Latin inspired dance! So come along and burn off those calories with this fun and upbeat Low impact class! Think salsa, Merengue and Samba! All you need to do is wiggle those hips, shake that booty and bring along a BIG SMILE!

Are you ready to transform your body? Strong Nation combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you to make it to that last rep and have fun while doing it!
